Gallagher, in partnership with SA Event Décor, is going all out this year with its “Glamorous Package Deal”. These special brunch and dinner packages promise to offer clients a high-end event set-up at unbeatable rates.

The package deal is available at Gallagher Convention Centre from 5 to 26 November 2022 and caters for 300 to 2500 guests. The team is devoted to service excellence which is what makes Gallagher such a popular venue to host events.

Gallagher Glamour Package deals

The Glamorous Package — as packaged under Yearendfunctions.co.za — provides clients with an option of hosting a delectable brunch or a lavish dinner. Both options are priced at a steal.

The offer includes stylish, high-end décor, basic audio-visual equipment, ambient venue lighting, a DJ, arrival drinks, and a three-course five-star Halaal certified menu.

No surcharge is charged for Halaal meals as Gallagher Convention Centre is certified by the National Independent Halaal Trust (NIHT).

The packages are priced on a sliding scale, with the most cost-effective brunch package starting from R620 per person (excluding VAT) and dinner packages from R810 (excluding VAT).

Clients interested in the Glamorous Package offering can choose from six different dinner menus, one of which is a served dinner menu option. The brunch menu caters to every taste.

We make use of well trained, certified, friendly, efficient and helpful staff that will assist in any situation and will provide direct information on any queries. All Seriti Security Services staff are dressed in full, visible branded uniform and are equipped with two-way radios, for fast and effective problem-solving.

 

Seriti Security Services provides event stewards at entrances, loading bays, emergency exits, as well as floor patrol minders.

Gallagher Disaster Management Division

Gallagher Convention Centre has a disaster management division tasked with ensuring that the legal requirements are met for all events. The Gallagher Disaster Management division will be able to provide you with a complete disaster management solution at a very competitive price, no matter the format or size of your event. These services include floor plan evaluation and comment, JOC file compilation and submission as well as designer stand plan submission. Our disaster management division will facilitate EMS inspections, communicate any issues that might arise and assist with the formulation of solutions for issues that were identified. This service includes an onsite safety officer for the duration of the event.
