Gallagher Convention Centre offers an internship program which supports young professionals in gaining six months experiential learning towards receiving their respective national qualifications.
The program exposes the students to the working environment and challenges them to look beyond the classroom to practically apply their knowledge.
The students are exposed to events protocols, client relations, Health and safety as well as the planning and executing of events.
The Internship Covers
Financial support:

Working in different departments thus giving them a broad spectrum of the industry

- Wine Garden Restaurant
- Finance Department
- Sales Department
- Co-ordination Department
- Exhibition Department
- Health and Safety Department
- Guests Relations and reception services
- Operations / Banqueting Department
Eligibility:
3rd Year students that need experiential training to obtain their national qualifications. Gallagher Convention Centre works with selected institutions to place interns.
