Gallagher Convention Centre offers 27 multi-purpose venues to choose from, and for this breakfast event, the Koi Deck was the perfect choice.
A 60 pax seated breakfast on the Koi deck with a “sunny” colour scheme of yellow, white and black does not sound that different, does it?
Here’s the twist! The centre pieces were styled with eggs. Honey jars and unique cookies were used as both décor and the take-home gifts for the guests, and the menu… Well, we don’t “waffle” about good food! Pre-set was a white chocolate and passion fruit parfait to complement the décor. The breakfast was a savoury waffle buffet with an assortment of delicious savoury toppings. To finish the meal, the Sweeet! buffet offered a selection of treats to top your sweet waffles with.
The result was a beautiful event with a fun twist that had guests excited and offered them an interactive experience where they could create their own experience according to their palate and preference.
