In lieu of our appreciation towards the clients who have made bookings at Gallagher Convention Centre during 2019, we have carefully designed thank you gifts from sustainable and locally sourced items.
Handmade from recovered wood, we had braai boards custom-designed to help our clients make happy memories when sharing a meal with loved ones on the braai board.
We offered a Gallagher Convention Centre Catering dry rub straight from Chef Gordon’s kitchen. This is the ideal spice to use when enjoying the truly South African tradition of a braai with family.
To help our clients out in a pinch and remind them that with us they are “covered”, we selected practical umbrellas that fold up and can be kept in the glove compartment or handbag for a rainy day.
The Spekboom plant is not only a symbol of prosperity, but, it fights against pollution, sequestering carbon. This proudly South African plant requires very little maintenance and can live up to 200 years. This fierce little environmental fighter was Gallagher Convention Centres contribution towards raising funds for wildlife, in proud support of the Owl Rescue Centre.
