I firmly believe that in 2023 we will see growth in the events industry, specifically at Gallagher Convention Centre.
This year we will see an uptick in road-show events as event organisers are ready for this crucial business-to-business function to resume. 2023 will also bring an increased number of large events with more delegates.
Catering for conferences has become more of a focal point, with organisers focussing more on foods such as food truck concepts and carnival-style presentations. However, in recent years there has also been a definite shift toward incorporating healthier catering options for delegates.
We will see many requests for twists on a classic conference in the coming year. Such as creative and retro refreshment options rather the traditional options. I foresee a lot of innovative approaches to conference seating, like raked seating or speciality furniture.
Event organisers will focus increasingly on keeping the environmental impact of their events to a minimum in the future. As a result, we will continue to see a shift towards more environmentally friendly décor and packaging.
Visitor confidence is restored, and with the public looking forward to attending their favourite events, we will see exhibition floor space grow close to pre-pandemic events.
With the current infrastructure challenges in mind, Gallagher offers peace of mind in 2023. We offer a full generator backup service and a million-litre backup water tank.
In 2023 venues and suppliers will have to offer creative solutions to clients looking to reinvent the experience for their guests.
